NZXT has been around for several years now (since 2004). They have offered a wide variety of PC chassis over the years, with creations like the Tempest, Guardian, and Trinity cases to name a few. They have also been expanding on their products including power supplies, fan controllers, and a gaming mouse. NZXT strives to create unique products that cater to hardware enthusiast and gamers alike.
With something as large as a PC chassis, the retail packaging isn't something that we take too much time to think about. Even when dealing with a local shop, you're probably going to see the case on display rather than a stack of them still boxed up. The NZXT Zero2 comes packed in a large black box that has minimal information on it. On the front side we find the "Ultimate Cooling Chassis fully loaded." statement, flipping the box around, you will find the same image with the specifications and features listed.
Having had several items shipped to me over the years, I have had several arrive with damage. There is nothing worse than having something show up with a large hole in the box, or hear something rattling around in the box as you move it. The NZXT Zero2 came with the "standard" packaging that most manufactures use. Two large end caps hold the case suspended in the box, with a plastic bag covering the product to protect it from any finger prints or smudges. This is normally enough providing the shippers handle packages with a little care.
