Thermaltake Toughpower XT Gold 1375W
Thermaltake comes to us today with a real beast - a 1375 watt version of their Toughpower XT line of units. Boasting 80 Plus Gold level efficiency and semi modularity, this should turn out to be an impressive unit. Let's find out, shall we?

beQuiet Dark Power Pro 10 550W
Today we're having a look at the 550W version of beQuiet's newest Dark Power Pro series.  This unit is semi-modular, advertised as 80 Plus Gold and, like other beQuiet units on the market, features a Silent Wings intake fan.  How will it perform?  Let's find out!

Silver Power SP-S850M
Not too long ago, I looked at my first unit from Maxpoint's Silver Power brand. A fanless unit built on a strong Seasonic platform, it came to my lab and immediately impressed. Now, we're going to look at one of Silver Power's fanned units; an 850 watt semi-modular model.

Antec HCP 1000W Platinum
It's finally happened... Antec has released a fully modular power supply. I for one, am pleased to see it, for this fully modular power supply happens to be the High Current Pro 1kW model. Which, by the way, is certified 80 Plus Platinum. Yes, folks, Antec saw what Seasonic has been doing lately and has decided to go for the throat. It's time to find out if Antec was successful in producing some competition for those units.

Lepa G1600-MA 1600W
Quick... what's the most powerful power supply you can get in North America? If you said Ultra's 1600W unit, I have a surprise for you. That puppy is no longer going to be the only one of that size you can get. Lepa is joining that party, and is looking to one up the Ultra in many ways. Boasting 80 Plus Gold certification, full modularity, and relatively small size, this unit should be mighty impressive if it lives up to its bold claims. Let's go inside real quick and see if it does. Folks, this is going to be a fun review.

Enermax Platimax 1000W power supply
Today's power supply comes to us from Enermax and is called the Platimax 1000W. Unlike the Platypus, the Platimax can be found in regions outside of Eastern Australia and the occasional zoo.  It looks like Enermax decided not to make the Platimax 1000W fully modular, as it did with the 1200W.

Athena Power AP-TFX40 400W
I come to you today with a TFX form factor power supply from a company I've never run across before in all my years of reviewing: Athena Power. A TFX form factor unit, the AP-TFX40 is a 400 watt design that promises 80 Plus Bronze efficiency with low ripple and noise. Let's find out if it's up to the job.

Silver Power SP-S460FL 460W
From deep within the jungles of Europe comes today's review subject: a 460 watt fanless and fully modular power supply. Silver Power is new to me, but this unit promises to bring us exceptional performance in a package completely lacking one of those fan things power supplies tend to depend on these days. I can't wait to see how this unit stacks up against the other fanless units I've tested.

OCZ Fatal1ty 1000W Power Supply
There's not much you can do to a power supply to differentiate one power supply from another outside of what we've come to expect from a power supply here at jonnyGURU.com. We want superior performance (minimal ripple noise, excellent voltage regulation and ability to output advertised wattage for continuous periods of time), high efficiency, an ideal number of cables and connectors to suit the particular wattage of the power supply and build quality. The consumer wants a fair price and decent warranty or, at the very least, a relatively hassle free warranty.

The OCZ Fatal1ty 1000W seems to have all of this and more, as it features a red LED fan and "individually-sleeved cables", or what I've come to call "uni-sleeve" cables, where each individual wire has it's own sleeve.
