Obviously from the Silencer name PC Power & Cooling is marketing this product as being a quieter solution than the Turbo-Cool line of power supplies. In doing so they have paired themselves with king of quiet Seasonic, but PC Power & Cooling is best known for making all out performance based products. So how do they rectify these two often diametrically opposed models?
