Cooler Master Hyper 212 Plus CPU Cooler Review

Cooler Master has been at the forefront of case marketplace for some time now but their coolers have been somewhat lacking.  We looked at the V8 and V10 but were left wanting, reviewed the N520 and were a bit disappointed but  now we have before us the Hyper 212 PLUS.  This is an HDT cooler that is priced at a mere $40 and we have some very high expectations for it.  Let’s hope it can put its best foot forward. @ Hardware Canucks
