To test the hard drives, we did a complete
reinstall of Windows Vista and completely formatted all hard drives that were
tested. We let the computer run for several minutes so the hard drives would
heat up and be in standard test conditions. We then ran several tests with
these programs listed: HD Tach 3.0.4.0, PCMark 05 and PCMark Vantage. The tests
were run 3 times and the results were averaged to get accurate information. @ PCShopTalk
