Garson from the forums pointed me to Driverheaven's review of the Huntkey Titan 650W. Huntkey cater to the average six-packs, who know just enough to be dangerous. Their designs are often outdated and a majority of their units lack APFC. You won't really find Hunkey branded units in an enthusiast rig. They won't blow up when you turn 'em on, but are not suitable choices if you plan on overclocking. The unit under inspection looks like an old inefficient design (the tests bear this out), an all Teapo affair and is group regulated. It does o.k in the load testing portion and is probably suitable for grandma's internet surfing rig.
With thanks to our Romanian friend burebista from the forums, check out this review of the Gigabyte Odin Pro 1200W at Legion hardware. It is most likely based on the CWT/PUC platform (similar to the Toughpower 1200W and the Xigmatech 1200W). CWT chose to go with the dual transformer design as opposed to a single, monster transformer design for such a high capacity unit. The unit passes their load tests (A 1200W unit can probably power two such test systems with ease) and the results are in line with what was reported by other reviewers. @
