Last week, Proclockers reviewed the Aerocool Horsepower 1020W. One look at the opening shot of the sheathed toroids gives away the OEM, CWT. It seems like everybody and their brother is using CWT as their OEM these days. Far from being a bad thing, this may be the shift that should have happened a while ago, i.e the emergence nay, adoption of a cost effective, yet stable platform by several manufacturers.
Suffice to say that the unit was not pushed to even 40% of its rated capacity as their testbed was not demanding and there are no pictures of the innards, but it sure does look like the TT 1kW platform reviewed by jonnyGURU HERE. The ProClockers review can be found HERE.
