Both of those numbers are in spec so there's nothing really to worry about.
Like wise, they've very well in spec for that matter.

If the 6pin is on an unloaded line, then it'll show a higher 12v reading than a line that is loaded. The only "better" way to test 12v voltage, is to test at the pins themselves. The solder points on the back of the PCB are going to show lower than the pins will, but not by a huge margin.

It's probably not as a BSOD while running an overclocked system may be completely meaningless. It could mean that your components may have gotten worse and are not able to do the clocks you've set in the BIOS.

Silicon based semiconductors degrade over time, especially with higher voltages (and also higher temperatures).

So if you don't overclock, does your system still reboot/crash/freeze?

No... And yes..
The problems comes when i tune up my oc but...
But i've tested One by one the single component e are rock solid...
Only when i run all together under oc the system start to be unStable....
So, what i've tHought is the amount of current needed to Come short...
Is that's possible??
Which are the Classic consequences of an inadequate PSU??
System shutdown???
Freeze??
Bsod??
Reboot??
Or what else??

Thaaanks!!!

Like I said, shut down.

PSU's have an IC in them that in the even of an overload, drop in voltage, increase in voltage above spec or a short, the PSU shuts down.

Ah ok
Never shut down.. Some reboot, many freezes a lot of "game exit" but no system shut down...
So, in your opinion, where's the mistake??
Oc is ok (components tested one by one), drivers are ok and OS is ok...
And Now i'm sure the PSU is ok...what's not ok??
Thanks one more time..
