Yeah, it doesn't *look* like a piece of crap inherently. Active PFC, large fan, housing is well put together, the electronics don't look atrocious.
There's just no way it's getting anywhere close to 1200W in a million years.

I know how I can prove it actually does output 1200W.
Simply use this PSU to power these incredibly powerful 1200W speakers, I bet it could do it ALL DAY! Even though using a huge 12 VDC -> 220 VAC inverter would introduce quite an efficiency drop... Wait! That means it would be overloaded. Now, THAT's a true test of ability. Um... Order now?
