Is this a good PSU?

I am looking at this power supply for a new build

It will be powering the following components

CPU - AMD FX-6100
RAM - 8Gb 1600Mhz
Graphics Card - AMD HD6770

and hard drive, dvd-rw, wireless card.

Any one know if it is any good and whether it is good enough to power that setup?

Yep, but alternatively, you can get the Fatal1ty 550w which is modular and has an extra year of warranty for just a few quid more.
