Ripple should be reduced, since Platimax has doubled number of polymer caps on secondary side.

My real concern is more the voltage regulation. Since the 900w Modu87+ and Lepa G900-MA units had pretty poor 5v & 3.3v results.
I wouldn't doubt that the ripple is more inline with Platimax if they do use the same filtering components. The only thing that should be "worse" is the efficiency. Though, that would make little of a difference.
