Default I need to test the fan on my X650

Pulling 385W from the wall but still no fan

The GPU and CPU are water cooled and the rads dump all the heat outside the case. The PSU is at the bottom of the case also.

So... I need to create some heat and make sure that fan is working. Would a blow dryer be OK? Low setting, from a distance, and monitor the temps with an infrared thermometer? That should be reasonably safe don't you think?

I don't see why not, you'd simply simulate high ambient temperatures and a light breeze...

Yep thanks, I just wanted a check before I tried it. They probably only hit 50 or 60C anyway.
