Default Transient loads tester

I built a new mini loader yesterday to help me conduct the transient tests like they way I used to, with my new set up and to fully stress the PSU

It can give up to 11A at +12V, 5A at 5V and 6A at 3.3V.

Of course it is fully PC controlled
