I think someone was really really bored and was like "aw man im bored let me fuck with the review sites and mak up random bs so people are less likely to find out how shitty our new rabadged powmax"...

Hey, why won't he donate some of his refurbs for testing?

This one is old. No APFC, and quite certainly low efficiency.

Actually, no. Most manufacturers are "alienated" by our testing methodology and won't send us product because they know we'll blow it up and shun them.
