Paul Johnson (Spectre) has already reviewed the 700w ModXstream, and found it lacking. the fsp isn't worth reviewing because it isn't worth buying, not when there are 300w seasonic psu's that can be had for the same price. the cx430 isn't as good as the psu it replaces, the CX400. the antec is a decent enough Delta build and the Rosewill is a decent enough aTNG, neither will kill your system, but there are better PSU's available for the price
