It appears they finally read my trouble ticket and did something to correct the issue. I still have yet to get any confirmation other than the original canned response when I submitted the trouble ticket.

Do I hos? That could be taken multiple ways. It might be a little better if you spelled it out. No, I don't host the server locally. I do however rent a dedicated server as to which this site and another site call home.

The problem from what I can tell had to be related to DNS yet again. Still waiting on the email from the trouble ticket. With Modders-Inc not having any issues at all over the weekend, it made it clear that all the slowness was related to 1 specific IP which just happened to be the one I use for JonnyGURU.com, GO figure...

Just got back and JG seems to be loading faster so I'd put my money on things being smooth now.
