I wouldn't make an assumption without testing it.

The 3Y, Sens, Astec, & Seasonic all look to be pretty well built.

The J&D / Leadman units look to be a bit on the cheap side, but they probably didn't violate the XT PSU specs.
Though, we'd have to look that up to be sure.

I'm pretty sure that PC Power & Cooling used to sell the 3Y made unit.

Detla brought a new line-up of PSUs to the retail market. The new line-up features 5 models, ranging from 350W to 650W. All of the 5 PSUs are under Delta's trademark and 80plus bronze certified. Those PSUs are availible on 360buy(a Chinese equivalent of Newegg)for ￥319($50), ￥349($55),￥399($63), ￥549($86) and ￥649($102) respectively.
