Default Which one is better: Corsair HX-650 or OCZ Z 650?

Which one is better and why, the Corsair HX-650 or the OCZ Z Series 650w?

(By the way, what's the rated temperature of the OCZ?)

Sinent Pro M600 and Z-650 are group regulated design, although their voltage regulation is among the better half of group regulated ones.
HX650 is independent regulated design, which has much better voltage regulation by nature.

It's not for me. I'm a proud owner of an HX-750.
