SMD resistor marking ??

i have to 2 SMD resistors with the following markings

10M

R020

They both measure 6mm in length and 3mm width

i`d be grateful if someone could help clarify the values / wattage of these 2 resistors

i think the 10M is a 10 Mega ohm
and the R020 is a .02 Ohm
