Hardware secrets is the only site I know which has disassembled both and compared them:

They use obviously use the same platform (CWT DSG), which for now seems to be exclusive to the Corsair HX 750/850. Most components appear to be identical, though the 750 has some down sized components (primary capacitors, PFC and 12V transistors, and maybe a few others).

just curious,
if you can buy one of them hx 750 and hx850
which one you gonna choose?

i just want to see which one is better one

They are both equally good. Which one you should get depends on your power requirements.
