Default Need Help choosing PSU

I need a new power supply which one should i get

The current power supply antec(430w) run vary hot after i upgrade new video card and PSU is about 5 years old.

Motherboard Intel D865PERL with P4 3.4GHz extreme processor
4GB ram
Recently i upgrade new X1950 pro AGP card
Four 80mm fan
Two 120mm fan
Zalman CNPS7700-cu CPU heatsink.
Two hard drive one 10000RPM & one 7200RPM
Two dvd ROM drive
One floppy drive
With 24" dell LCD monitor
