Default Replacing HX620 with HX1000

Hello everyone! My question is can I just swap the 620 for the 1000, or do I have to reroute all of the modular cables?

The cables are different and you cannot use them interchangeably. Sorry.

I'd like to ask you a question.

Do you ship the free extra 6+2 PCIE cables outside the US, specifically to the UK?

Thanks.

We have a guy in Germany and a guy in the UK and I believe the cables are shipped free of charge from both locations as well.

Contact Corsair Customer Service in the US and request the cables, they'll ship them to you.

Pirates are more than snappy dressers. Some of us answer technical questions and Yellowbeard can make a mean spinach quiche.

After spending the whole night thus far (again) researching my new build and pouring over psu info specifically, I had to say THANKS for for a much-needed chuckle AND laugh. I've enjoyed reading the banter in the threads here at JG's and grinned a few times but between the two of you I actually made noise, not just the grin. Now, onto making my req for help post.

Cheers, fella's!

I love my 620, only problem is cables are a bit stiff.

I am really chuffed to bits with it, thanks to jonny guru for championing this psu here, you have much to be grateful to this site for, redbeard

we have a ( sort of !!) saying over in england,

the working classes eat bacon and egg tart

the middle classes, salmon quiche

and the upper classes, bacon and egg tart...

if you don't geddit....I will explain l8ter

I would certainly buy a 1000 without thinking twice.

can you get these rip off greedy england distributors/salemsmen to do anything about corsair prices here?

why are they so much higher here?

they are trying to stiff people as usual...

i won't buy some things new for that reason alone....not bcos of a great product, but bcos of the fixed greed in markups ( obviously don't expect warrantee support on those)

respect for a 5 yr warrantee, too...

just bought a seagate HDD for that reason ,new....

I hope this isn't changing the subject, its an honest enquiry, i have some 667 corsair xms, thinking of upgrading, honest question??? why should I buy corsair say over crucial or ocz?

perhaps I should pm that.....pm sent...
