I've got an MCR220 I'd let you have for $20 shipped in the US. Are you selling that RBX? I'm running AM2 so I'm interested if you are. BTW, the rad needs barbs, I had to steal them for my MCR320, it's the older model that uses 3/8" NPT rather than 1/4" like the current ones. I think the stock plastic barbs would be about $5 shipped via Petra's.

Depending on what you are looking for Mad Machinist may be able to help. Just remember custom work is rarely a low cost item.

It could be done.....but yakko is right wouldn't be cheap, making the first one would take three or four hours manual machine time (75.00 per hour).....because of the center logo.....it would require a lot of hand work.....so the way to go would be make a single and then make a silicon mold and pour them out of acrylic resin.....have to get some prices on materials before I could really quote them.
If you know someone with one of those 3D printers.....I could have an autocad file drafted and then get it printed in 3D, then it would be a simple matter of making the silicon mold and pouring them out of resin.

found these. looks to me like the fan front will unscrew so you can take the filter part out. probably get a few of those and start hacking away at some sheet metal.
so madmat you want to part with that mcr220? if your interested in the RBX id trade straight up for it |

LOL.....trust me..I don't make that..... ......That is the shop labor rate.....by the time you figure my $2500 a month power bill and all the other overhead.....like workers comp.......well I won't depress you![]() If you can fabricate it out of literally anything........ check out this website.....they have all the stuff to make a mold and pour them out of resin....and it looks great and is very durable.
