Question Poor +12v under LOAD

Hello,

ma first post here

I have Cooler Master eXtreme 600W, 18A + 18A.

PC Configuration -
E6850 @ 3.6GHz 1.288v actual under Prime95 LOAD
eVGA 8800GT 512MB GDDR3 Std. version OCed to 691/975, card is 3D mark benchable even @ 756MHz, reduced now due to summers.
Transcend DDR2 667MHz OCed to 800MHz 4-4-4-12 2.1v
Abit IP35-E ATX Mobo
Seagate 7200.10 ST3250310AS Single Platter 250GB SATAII HDD
L.G. H55N 20x IDE DVD ReWriter
3 120MM Fans, 4 80MM fans, 1 92MM

nothing else attached.

I m using Open GL FUR Rendering Benchmark to know max GPU temps. and Everest Ultimate for reading temps, voltages etc. Now @ IDLE everest shows 11.73v and when I stress PC using above benchmark it drops to 11.36v.

I want to know Everest is reliable? I have lots of bad reviews abt this SMPS, let me tell U fan is 2 times louder than GlacialTech 120MM 34db fan .

Plz give me tips, guides, or any type of suggestion.

I would have bought Corsair VX450, but it was not avl 5 months ago here.

It's stated everytime this comes up: Software is unreliable for measuring voltages. And no one piece of software is more reliable than the other because they all get their information from the same place.

If people bothered to read the stickies...I would say post a sticky on here and anandtech that says "your software are wrong...so don't come crying to us about them"
