Default Building 2nd computer: Upgrade main PSU or not?

After saving random computer parts and money, and after good HD deals on BF, I finally got most of the parts I need to build my Raid 5 NAS. Woo hoo! All I need to do now is figure out how I am going to power it.

Option 1: Use my current Antec NeoHE 550 in the fileserver and get a new PSU for myself. The only downside to this is that it is expensive.

Option 2: Keep using my current PSU in my current rig and buy a cheaper, less expensive PSU for the fileserver. Downside: Do I really need a better PSU for my main rig anyways? Might as well buy what I need now than have to buy a third PSU in a year.

Since this fileserver is not going to stress things much, P4 3.2Ghz and 4x 320GB 7200.10s, option b seems logical on the surface. However, I am worried my Antec might be stretched a bit as it is and I want some room for upgrades later on.

Current Rig:
E4500 @ 3.4Ghz
680i
4GB DDR2 @ 1Ghz
2 x 8800GTS 640 SLI ( I have a Westy 37", so I needed something to help scale up at high resolutions. That, and I got one hell of a deal on them. Both for cheaper than 1 GTX. )
1 x 150GB Raptor
1 x 200GB Maxtor
4 x 120mm Fans
12V Pump

I want some fudge room to get a quad core and possibly next gen video over the course of the next 2-3 years. I won't have time to do a full upgrade once I go to flight school early next year, so this has to last me for a while. Grab a 620HX? Or am I ok keeping my current PSU in my main rig and nabbing one of these $50 Coolermaster PSU deals and call it a day.

Thanks!

Well the HX620 would be a better PSU offering 50A on the +12v rail vs the 42A the Neo offers. If you can afford the Corsair then go for it and use the Neo in the new system.

Maybe I should clarify the root of my question: Can my current Antec take my current specs with the addition of a quad core and possibly one more generation of video card upgrades? If not, I probably need to go with the second option. If it can, I can save some money and put it into other things.

It might suffice but I'd go for something beefier. A Seasonic 650W for example :

Or a Corsair one (this one is also very likely a Seasonic built unit) :

Or this one (also Seasonic IIRC) :

Of course there are more alternatives and you have to decide on what you need : Modular cables , number of PEG connectors , efficiency , price etc...
