Which PS for new Rig?

I'm looking at the Ultra X3 800 watt or PC Power & Cooling 750 Silencer, I like the fact that the Ultra has the modular cables and bigger fan, the Silencer has such a good reputation, I'm torn on what way to go, both or very good! My new rig spec's

QX9650
ASUS P5E3 Deluxe
2 gig DDR3
8800 ultra or 8800gts - G92 core if it comes out in a month
1-150 gig Raptor
1- 200 gig Seagate
2- dvd burners
5- 120mm fans
2- 80mm fans

Thanks for any info, really leaning towards the Ultra, but I don't think I could miss on this one...

Well, Ultra X3 is in Tier 2, Silencer is in Tier 3.

All the reviews sites love the Ultra, I just can't seem to find a lot of feedback on them from guys that have them. Thanks for the reply...

Probably because they (X3) have only been out for about six months and Newegg doesn't sell them... and goodness knows 99% of DIYers use Newegg for all of their parts.

Yea I noticed that, and Hank over at Performance PC, has the best price and no tax for me here in Sunny Calif, so I'll go with Ultra should work out just fine...
