Lower 3.3 and 5 volt than found on similar size PSUs, for some reason the regulation on 12v4 is +/- 10%. Since HEC / Compucase is a large OEM perhaps this psu exists under some other name?

I did some searching and managed to find some "reviews" of HEC Cougar/Zephyr psu's. And i can't remember seeing that design in any other psu, but mayby someone else in here have. Zephyr has fancy led fan, Cougar has not. Reference HEC.tw site

One thing bugs me though, in 2 of the "reviews" the primary cap is Teapo. In the two other primary cap seems to be Su'scon? Looks like they had a change of hart somewhere along the road.

Secondary seems to be all Teapo.
