Its always done well, fumby setup.. apart from the CPU

47 dBA is "extremely quiet"?

Yup this is where Jon and Matt's reviews reaally work it with the ATE. They can push it more, controlled and under static defined load.

I want a psu that can do what the label says, properly, flat black case, and sleeved cables.

Like a Silverstone ST56ZF.
