While answering question in another forum, we realized that people didn't know we have the better fan in our SX650-G and SX500-G. While developing the PSUs, we went through a number of available options on the market for a suitable 92mm x 15mm fan and couldn't find one we like so we went ahead and commissioned Globe Fan to develop genuine FDB version of theirs. This should be technically superior to other sleeve bearing based variants (Rifle, Duro, etc...) out there.

To my knowledge, no, but didn't know Protechnic makes their own bearings?
