Default Problem Tachyon 750w platinum

I just bought a Rosewill Tachyon 750w 80 platinum psu.
The problem is that it is making this kind of noise. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Tp4hvjFQjsY
That happens when i play some game.

I send it back and got a new one. The problem is that it is making the exact same noise.

Can someone tell me what that noise is?
Should i change the manufacturer completely or try third?

My pc specs are:

Mobo: http://www.asus.com/Motherboards/M4N75TD/#overview
Cpu: 1090t phenom stock clock´s sometimes oc.
Gpu: Tested this with asus gtx 460 1gb and my new gigabyte gtx 770 2gb.
Ram: 2x4gb Cheap kingston 1333mhz cl10 memory.
Hdd: 256gb spinning disc seagate.
I have four 120mm fans.

I tested the system with a watt meter and it showed me max of 530w with gtx 460 sli plus 1090t overclocked.

With my 3 years old crappy 530w modecomm psu my gtx 460 system runs fine without any noises.

Any info will be appreciated.

That sounds like the fan is barely touching a cable that's poking up towards the blades.

If you can, get a dull object and try to push those cables down a bit inside and the noise should go away.

It is not any wire hitting the fan. Fan spins idle but there is no noise.
The noise comes when i play a game like crysis 3.

To me it sounds like a metallic or electric sound.
Sounds like something is failing in load?!?!

Could be coil whine, could be a weak solder joint micro-sparking, or it could be the fan bearing noise. In any case, it's most likely a singular incident, and you should probably RMA the unit. The Corsair could have any of the above problems just as easily.

sounds like fan bearing chirp to me.

Pretty amazing that you got two examples in a row.

Comments on newegg don't mention it...and people are quick to complain about this kind of thing...(It would certainly be annoying)

Bad batch of fans? Your location dropped the container off the ship?
(I kid you not, I am in the business of shipping product by LTL and containers...It is amazing the damage that can be done...you sometimes wonder if they just throw the container off the ship.)

As MDK & McSteel said, it's most likely the fan motor making the noise due to damage sustained during shipping.

If I'm honest, you most likely got the same PSU back as the one you sent in originally.

I would be firm with the retailer and demand a new unit. It's a rare incident but it's definitely an annoying one.

It´s too late. I already ordered the ax760...
But if it fails i´ll take my money back and change seller.
I have worked in a package delivery company and i can also say that everything that get´s shipped is propably damaged if it´s not very well packed. Thing´s get messy when there is so tight schedules. 50" tv flying in the van etc.

Thank´s anyway.

I´ll come back if i get problems with Corsair. ;D
