The XFX TS Gold is based on the Seasonic G-series platform and is discontinued by the manufacturer (while the G-series platform has been superseded by the Focus/Focus+ one). The BitFenix Formula Gold is based on the most recent revision of CWT's excellent GPS platform.

The differences in electrical performance and efficiency are negligible (and slightly in BF's/CWT's favor). The BitFenix is quieter, but the XFX has more SATA and 4-pin peripheral connectors (8/4 vs 6/2), so if this is important for you, it can be a nice tie-breaker. Both are of great build quality and compact form factor, and the cable lengths are basically the same (+/- 2 cm).

I'd personally take the BitFenix (or take it if you value silence above all else), but really it's a coin toss decision - unless you need more 4-pin and SATA power connectors (in which case grab the XFX).

I would also take the bitfenix formula. It's an excellent PSU in most regards

+1 for Bitfenix
Its the newer and probably quieter units.

The Seasonic units tend to be on the louder side.
