Yes, thanks. That's exactly where I got the info. that the 650 B3 has a sleeve bearing fan.

....at this point in time i'm considering the rmx series. very quiet rifle bearing fans and good warranty. also good low ripple. a bit more expensive but in this case you get what you pay for.

ive noticed though that these cwt units dont have fet heatsinks. ...although one tiny one on the 650rmx
i have a good impression of some of the bitfenix psu's aswell. just from some reading of various threads on this forum.

Thanks for that. After what you said, I went to a local store, and they were clearing out the RM550X for a nice price, so I bought two of them. They are a bit pricey, considering the wattage, but the reviews do speak very highly of them, and I met a builder in the store who said he's used dozens of them without any problems.
