So according to what you said, the Evo edition should be (a tiny bit?) better than the regular bronze edition.

What about the rest? What would it be the problem because of the lack of protection? And now, whats the problem with not having that DC-DC?

How long should the PSU work perfect?

Like 5 years or less and only with the current i7 2600K and future <75W PSU?

Yup, lets say something like that, you can even take 3 years (if the 2600k keeps up with me, it will deserve another worth psu ), and yes, 2600k that will be OCed and a gpu like the GTX1050ti that is just powered by the PCI, though Im most likely to undervolt that gpu.

Talking about the shops of my country, you can choose among:
-Amazon.es
-https://www.pccomponentes.com/fuentes-alimentacion
-https://www.aussar.es/alimentacion/fuentes/
-https://www.coolmod.com/componentes-pc-fuentes-alimentacion
-https://xtremmedia.com/?q=product/view/familia/29

And if its not asking that much, tell me if you can a fully modular psu that will beat the **** out of the M12II 520W for 60-85€.

Thanks by advance.

Protection are for protecting the PSU itself. So without working protection you can kill the PSU with load.
And also cause further damage of the components because it doesn't switch off...

Worst case Scenario would be a fire inside the case because of a short.

And Shorts do happen randomly, for example if a MOSFET on your Motherboard or graphics card failed.

For 5 years or less for a PC like that and a price under the €45, the be quiet! System Power 8 350W looks like a decent option. If the cables are long enough.

Bitfenix Whisper Gold 450W or Seasonic Focus Gold 550W for example.

TX550M too, obviously. Plus, you can get EVGA G2 550 at about 80€ in some places.

Thanks for the quick explanation though I have to say that this 2600k hasnt explode along 4-5 years with a 15€ PSU.

I'll keep an eye on those, the BQ 8 seems pretty nice for the price, I wish I won't have any problems with the cables' length...

For the main PC that Seasonic looks like a beast, awesome aesthetics, full modular, and I like that it has a >9 out of 10 on its review from this year so once I have some more money, I'll buy it.

How much can I expect from the Focus Gold to last? 8 years without any problems?

edit: anything you can say about the Seasonic Focus Plus Gold?
