I had a similar (*if not the exact same) message few days ago when i tried to reply to a post. I thought it was due to server-maintenance.

Begin this year Tazz did a server migration or something like that, but it didn't go perfect. Since then there are a lot of bugs.

Could also be the length of the post. Starting a thread without that much information was possible.
