Strange. I mean.. he could be saying the Duluth store was the Atlanta store. But he definitely said that Marietta had more space.

I asked about the 10 CompUSA stores they were flipping, but wouldn't dislose their locations. I know one is in Queens. One of CompUSA's best stores (for revenue) and Comp sold it off to Micro Center. That should tell you how much they're hurting.

Yeah, sounds like Comp might not be around for so long. But I am guessign that Queens store cost them a bit to run though also???

I used to own a business. It's not just about start up capital. It's about maintaining enough income to keep the doors open. I learned that it's not about having enough money to start the business. It's about having enough money to start it and keep it afloat. I'll never do it again unless I have twice what I think I need to open it.

The best way to make a small fortune with your own business is to start with a large one.

My dad always said that if you open a business you need to have enough cash to open it and keep the doors open for a minimum of a year taking a loss every day of that year.

That's with spending money on advertising, power, new stock, help if needed, Etc. If you can't manage that then you stand a less than 50% chance of staying afloat past the first year.
