Default who make's G.Skill new PSUs? specifically the platinum units.


i stumbled on to this:

i looks like it make be a Channel Well Technology CST platform variant? same as TT's 1250W DSP-G titanium minus the software?

anyone know?

If nothing has changed, then yes they should be CWT designs.

1250w is most likely a PUO unit. The 850w Platinum could be a CSH P or a downsized PUO but that may be a bit to expensive as PUO only really goes down to 1kw.
The gold units are almost definitely CSH G.

Oddly enough, these were shown off almost 3 years ago but there's no actual 80+ Cert.

Those PSU never made it to Central Europe. At least I've never seen them anywhere.

It took them this long to launch. They probably found out they had to baby sit CWT to produce a good product and had to seek out someone to do the baby sitting.
