The 750w is made by FSP. Based on the Aurum DC-DC design (which is used in FSP's fanless units the Aurum Xilencer)

Sweeclocker's tested the Xilencer 750w and found the fan stayed around 600-650RPM till 75% load, and then only topped out at 1000 RPM.
Which, at 1000 RPM, their 140mm Silent Wing 2 is very quiet. The 135mm model shouldn't be very different.

Found the Be Quiet 750W for 250$.
A bit too expensive. Seasonics Platinum 860W would probably be a better choice.

Unfortunately Be Quiet Dark series of PSU's is impossible to get a hold of in Denmark. Enermax can be found, but they are usually very overpriced compared to other PSU's.
I'm from Denmark too. You should find a shop in Germany. That's where I bought my BeQuiet P10 550w.

I found the BeQuiet dark power pro P10 750w for 165 euro.
