Final advice,

Since you are depending on a "$10,000" workstation for your work, I wouldn't have a problem spending $350 on a PSU that allows me to monitor the loads.

My guess is that their attachments are designed to reach their own cases.

If not, you can get custom length ones made.

I agree, a fully modular PSU with custom cables built with higher than normal diameter cabling would be your best option.

As for cables not reaching: buy your psu, then buy a case that fits. Ditch the fancy Corsair if it is too big. The tail should not wag the dog.
