One thing I would know if that you can easily change that break out board otherwise it's really impossible to load it with more then ~1000W without having some serious voltage drop and hot connectors.

The breakout board on the picture seems to be ready for 2 extra 8 Pin connectors. Since I have native Chinese collegues I probably could order a version with two more conenctors. Such products are usualyl hand made and can be modified for reasonable cost, if you can explain the modifcation in a way they can understand. Still, I'm too much of a coward to order programmable loads from a brand I don't know.

if you buy a sm-8800 brand new from sunmoon they will give you extra 01pcs breakboard and 02pcs power mosfet ( irfz250)
![]() i have check 8800 and modify tr368. both have same type .it dont measure current real time like luxury chroma . so and after some years working it need calibration if you want high accurate. |
