I had a Noctua NF-R8. Not worth it, IMO. The San Ace 80mm fan is perfect.

Also, for cheap fans, look here: http://www.mpja.com/DC-Axial-Fans/products/48/

Is 20 CFM enough? (for a power supply) I thought 30 - 40 CFM was more in the ball park.

Highly dependent on the unit itself.

Antec's Earthwatts (original, 80+ Standard) and EA Green/EAD Green (80+ Bronze versions) use 38CFM ADDA Sleeve bearing parts. These were only 380w-500w.

The Signature 650/850 from Antec used Nidec Beta SL fans that put out almost 60 CFM. Still 80mm and 80+ Bronze or 80+ Silver units depending on the revision.

Antec's True Power Quattro used a 60CFM ADDA Ball Bearing fan. Again an 80mm fan in a 80+ Bronze unit.

Antec's High Current Pro 1200w uses an 80mm San Ace that puts out 40CFM with a hydraulic bearing.

EDIT: Antec units used as they're the ones I could remember off the top of my head that were relatively new designs.
