Oh.. You said "pPFC" in your OP. In the US, PFC is not necessary, but no PFC is just about impossible over 550W. Not without some very horrid output results.

Not bad at all, in fact pretty impressive for low-end unit, only other one that matches it is Enermax ENP450AGT, and it's GPA based as well.
