ATX spec allows it to be between 11.4V and 12.6V, which this unit did.

If you are pulling out the same current, not the same power, that's right.

I am not sure about non-resistive waste power.

Still, it isn't L8/E8/E9/Modu87+ level however. Good thing is they don't tend to speed up too much under load.

Most of the time, they all use Globe fans.

Same with the Rosewill units; so the fan speed & noise is about the same between all of them. Though, those with stamped grills are a tad louder in my experience.

Still, it's better than some other units on the market.
