What temperature do you do those fan tests at? Room temperature?

Yes, but with 100% load, warm-up before test start.

If the power supplies run for a long time, some of them have a problem with that alone xD

I'm asking because I'm familiar with that platform and that Hongshen fan. Your RPMs are very low. Even then, that fan can only spin so fast and at higher temperatures the PSU will overheat.

Hard to believe they rate it at 50C. Maybe the original platform can do 50C, but not with that fan.
