Default I think my house has bad electricity?

I have antec Signature 850W PSU, my house dims for a short while when I turn on my PC or flick the switch on from off on the PSU.

When I have LANs at my house(running multiple pc) my wall plug area starts to make "TICK,TICK" sounds which is kind of scary, because it kinda sounds like something is sparking... Is this bad for my pc or my PSU? it seems to run fine but, I dont have those voltage detector thingy's to actually test out the rails.

Sounds like you need an electrician.

An electrician can be quite expensive but if you want to go the exorcist route first they're normally free.

Ok. I had an electrician come in today, He says the wiring is fine but the breaker in the basement and the plug it self is quite old. The breaker happens to be too old and he told me that it might not even be available for sale. he told me he would try to find it if not. we will have to replace the whole box.
So... right now I gotta use less electricity and hope the house doesnt get... too warm.. if you know what I mean..

Don't know - depends on where you live and what they charge.

Damage the PC? I'd be more worried about the house burning down.

I agree with Wolf... Best be having someone look at it, it sounds as if you're definitely taking the circuit to a limit and possibly the box to...
