Enermax MaxTytan 1250W Review

I'm looking under the hood of another beast of a unit today in the Enermax MaxTytan 1250 watt model. This is the top of the line Titanium unit for Enermax, and I'm excited to see how it holds up against some very strong competition.

What Aris forgot to do in his review was show us the mostly 16gauge IndySleeves; no biggy, I went elsewhere to get a look-see. Your 1/2 point 'functionality' deduction mocks the sleeving work I do here, lol. You know as well as I do that Enermax could've contracted ~100% 18g wire in there --> +1/2 point for spoiling their buyers with the good stuff (whether they know it's under there or not). Would've liked a C19 rear plug, but I dig this psu's good looks & that full front panel (x10 8pins is x2 more than Seasonic 1300w w/their vanilla 18gauge set) + x6 SATA ... well done, & agreed --> that price is too high on yesterday's beast

since I hear many complains from you guys I will also post photographs along with the videos. So yes cables along with PSU out/inside will be back from the next review. Without any comments though. If you need comments then just watch the vids

@Aris > humble apologies for accidently uploading the wrong file attachment. The correct one that shows your cable wire gauge size chart is now edited in as was originally intended. As I said, it didn't matter to me if photos of cables weren't part of your review, I found them elsewhere. To help streamline this thread & for a little decorum I've edited out my longer explanation from yesterday, hopefully you saw it. When I dropped back into the thread yesterday I couldn't figure out why Orion didn't find your wire gauge chart relevant to my post. Oops. "It wasn't the chart", so we'll just leave it at that ... an honest mistake, & I wasn't complaining so I hope this makes things right (=

Though i'm a little confused i looked at the PSU and the box, but both have no RU (UL Recognized Component Marks), or CSA marks.

I looked up the TUV Rheinland Certication but not one for 1250 model , only to 700 watts max. This one they sent wasn't intended for the US market? It could be a labeling mistake?

Why on cybenetics it's written that pci-e cables have 16-18 awg wires ?
I thought all pci-e are 16 awg as advertised .

I'm guessing split end cables. 16 up until it splits into 18.
