Hmmm, OC'd FX would be around 100-150W, depending on voltage. 550Ti is around 130W max. 4350 is indeed around 20W max. Incl. other stuff, under absolute max load of all pieces at once you'd be on the verge, but it doesn't exactly happen too often. I'd say around 250-300W under more typical loads.

This Seasonic does 360w on 12v, and 5v+3.3v is made from 12v with dc-dc converters... so it's basically similar to a 450w old style power supply.

The 5v and 3.3v load is small, maybe 20-30w overall, so there should still be about 100w left for other hardware on that system.

Enough for additional hard drives and memory, not quite enough to be comfortable running 2 550ti/560ti cards.
