Right. It's just the AX that are going Platinum.

As far as I can see the FSP PSU is slightly better in efficiency but has more ripple and doesn't have fully modular cables. The FSP is also louder but is also slightly cheaper. I haven't heard of FSP before either. The Corsair models are apparently based on a Seasonic design. I have had a HX850W before too and it was a good unit.

I will post if the new PSU resolved the issue.
Well I sent off the PSU and asked to have a refund so I could purchase a different PSU. After 4 weeks I was sent a new PSU the same as one that I sent and my request was ignored.
Which I am really pissed about because I plugged in the new PSU and the same problem happened.

Having said that, while this has being going on I have being using my backup PSU and no problems whatsoever. So the motherboard is fine and the PSU is fine, just this PSU doesn't seem to like this M/B for some reason, I don't know why just doesn't.

So I am stuck with this perfectly fine brand new PSU that I cannot use, so I am trying to sell it so I can get a PSU that is compatible. So if anyone wants it, it is on eBay. http://www.ebay.com.au/itm/Antec-HCP...item19d3e94a73

Well apart from a guy offering me $100 (you can have the box for that mate), it seems like no-one wants it. So I am going to put it back in and just not use hibernate, just use standby when Asus releases a working BIOS.
