Im building a new graphics workstation and using the Asus Z9PE-D8 WS motherboard with dual Intwl Xeon E5-2688Ws. I was going to use dual Noctuas but turns out they will block the first PCI slot. the Xeon 2687Ws but realized they will barely fit and block my first PCI slot. So I purchased two Corsair H80s. But now I'm concerned this wont be enough cooling power? Do you think two H80s will cut it? Should I change out the fans? I would really like them to be silent. Any alternative suggestions? I really dont want to go custom liquid cooled. Im using a Lian Li PC-Z70 and doubt I could jam two H100s in there. Thoughts? Thx.

H80 is enough as long as you don't push the overclocks. I'd swap the fans out for Gentle Typhoons, they're not silent, but the sound is quite different to many fans. And if you turn the speeds down a bit, they are very quiet.
The stock fans on the H80 are quiet enough at low speeds, but if you need to turn them to full speed, they get pretty noisy. Swap the fans for something quieter if silence is important.

Those are exactly the fans I was thinking of using if it became to loud. Thx.
