Ok, the German market is different. Ok, we are a little bit difficult, we know. But we buy power supplies, too
Right. And there are some manufacturers that always use more than one fan for the entire lineup. AFAIR 3 or four different fans are common for that brand.
And I know that different speeds doesn't cost anything! You just need to order a fan with the desired speed...

That's how I've done it, if I would represent a company.
Er... I didn't notice you asking any questions. Here's everything you wrote:

And noise??
As they use a 140mm fan with 2800rpm, 48,5dB(A). That's something one would usually find in a 1200W PSU. But in a 500W PSU?! Really?!
There are two sentences ending in question marks, which might be questions, but neither seem to be addressed to Corsair.

The "And noise??" bit seemed to be addressed to the original review, which did not evaluate the audio noise, only electrical noise.

The "Really?!" is obviously a rhetorical question, not one that actually wants answering. It's an expression if incredulity suggesting that the choice of fan is not believable.

So there's nothing to respond to. Other than a statement (not a question) of "wow, what a crappy choice of fan."
