The results look good(!), but the no name fan and trashy caps make this an easy pass.

The B-Tek fan is made by Hong Sheng using Topower's proprietary bearing (NanoTEK.)
But yes, the AsiaX caps on there are definitely a pass for this guy.

Indeed, looks Topowerish. Guess they have some leftovers then. Since it's Topower, not that surprising that it turns out decent, but price makes or breaks it. After all, it's still a group regulated unit, when most of the midrange has shifted towards indy/DC-DC secondaries.
